By accessing, browsing, or using the zt555 platform at zt555.net, or by registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms form the complete and exclusive agreement between you ("the Player") and zt555 ("the Company") regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zt555 platform and close any account you may hold. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zt555" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the zt555 platform at zt555.net, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the zt555 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on zt555 to access real-money betting and gaming services.

• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's zt555 Account, including both real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency accepted on the zt555 platform.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the premier domestic Twenty20 cricket competition in Pakistan.

3.1 Age Requirement

It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to access gambling services, and zt555 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) zt555 account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zt555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances where duplicate accounts are identified.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. zt555 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

zt555 operates as an internationally licensed platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using zt555 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. zt555 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access zt555 from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt555 account credentials, including your username and password. zt555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

You must notify zt555 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. zt555 will investigate such reports promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your zt555 account — is strictly prohibited. zt555 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts where sharing is suspected and to conduct a full review prior to any reinstatement or withdrawal processing.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zt555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, Raast instant transfers, and 1LINK. No foreign currency transactions are accepted. No currency conversion fees are applied by zt555.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your zt555 account balance within 60 seconds of successful initiation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. zt555 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require completed identity verification. zt555 targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals submitted during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–20:00 PKT). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing on the next available business day.

zt555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including verification of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations under our international gaming licence.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the zt555 cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Individual account limits may be applied based on account verification status and activity history.

All sports betting activity on zt555, including but not limited to PSL cricket, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20I fixtures, is governed by the zt555 Sportsbook Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of zt555. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with zt555 Sportsbook Rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.
• zt555 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of odds displayed on the platform. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including prices that are clearly incorrect due to technical fault — zt555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to change.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event for operational reasons. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed by a person acting in breach of these Terms, may be declared void by zt555 at its sole discretion.

zt555 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, zt555 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant sporting and regulatory authorities.

The zt555 casino section, including live dealer tables, slot games, Bombing Fishing, and Keno Bonus Number, is provided through partnerships with internationally certified game providers. All games use independently tested random number generation (RNG) systems or are governed by physical dealing procedures in the case of live casino titles.

• In the event of a technical fault mid-game, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's dispute resolution procedures. zt555 will act as facilitator in such disputes.

zt555 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated at the point of offer, including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), and expiry period. The following general conditions apply to all zt555 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play becomes eligible for withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zt555 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Registering or operating more than one zt555 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider information relating to sporting events, or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of sport.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine individual gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from manifest errors will be voided.
• Conducting or facilitating any money laundering activity through the zt555 platform. zt555 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its international gaming licence obligations.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties in live casino or poker-style games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zt555 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the zt555 platform software, infrastructure, or proprietary data.

All content on the zt555 platform — including but not limited to the zt555 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zt555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zt555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zt555 content without the Company's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of zt555 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zt555 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond zt555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or event information provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any promotional material, bonus terms, or information on the zt555 platform that contains typographical or administrative errors.

zt555's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

zt555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the platform is used for entertainment purposes only. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented the following tools and policies to support Player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their zt555 account dashboard. Requests to reduce limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can configure session time reminders to alert them when a pre-set period of continuous play has elapsed.

• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding Players of the time spent and amounts wagered during a session are available within account settings.

Either party may terminate a Player's zt555 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact zt555 customer support via live chat or email. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

zt555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, and to withhold or void account balances, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified in connection with the account.
• Required identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time following request.
• Continued account operation would expose zt555 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated by zt555 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may be returned at zt555's discretion following investigation, less any amounts subject to chargeback, fraud reversal, or applicable regulatory hold.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt555 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the zt555 internal complaints procedure.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, all disputes and complaints should be submitted to zt555 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. zt555 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level of review, it will be escalated to the zt555 compliance team for independent assessment.

14.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute remains unresolved following the completion of zt555's internal complaints procedure, Players may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under zt555's international gaming licence. zt555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zt555 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominently displayed notification on the platform, by email to the registered account address, or both. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the zt555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
